Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship the product within 5 working days after receiving the order through our shipping partner, XpressBess or Delhivery. If a particular pin code is not serviced by Delhivery, we will send it via India Post's Speed Post service (Only for Prepaid Orders). One can expect the product to be delivered anywhere from 5 to 10 business days all over India. 

Important: COD Order Confirmation

To ensure your Cash on Delivery (COD) order reaches you successfully, we follow a 2-step order verification process.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message on the mobile number provided at checkout. Before your order is dispatched for delivery, our Inventory Team will call you to reconfirm your delivery address and order details.

Our team will make up to 2 attempts to reach you for confirmation. If we are unable to connect with you or verify the order after these attempts, your COD order will be automatically cancelled.

Please ensure that your WhatsApp number and contact details are correct and that you are available to confirm your order when contacted.

By placing a COD order, you acknowledge and agree to this verification process.
