Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery

We usually ship the product within 5 working days after receiving the order through our shipping partners, XpressBees or Delhivery. If a particular pin code is not serviced by Delhivery, we will send it via India Post's Speed Post service (only for Prepaid Orders).

One can expect the product to be delivered anywhere from 5 to 10 business days all over India.

WhatsApp Order Confirmation

For both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require a valid WhatsApp-enabled mobile number to confirm your order and share important order-related details.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message on WhatsApp on the mobile number provided at checkout.

Please make sure that:

  • You provide a valid WhatsApp mobile number while placing your order.

  • The WhatsApp number provided has an active incoming and outgoing messaging facility.

  • You are able to receive WhatsApp messages on the number provided.

  • The mobile number is entered correctly so that we can successfully send your order confirmation and other important delivery updates.

Providing an incorrect, inactive, or unreachable WhatsApp number may prevent us from confirming your order and communicating important order-related information.

Important: COD Order Confirmation

To ensure your Cash on Delivery (COD) order reaches you successfully, we follow a 2-step order verification process.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message on the mobile number provided at checkout. Before your order is dispatched for delivery, our Inventory Team will call you to reconfirm your delivery address and order details.

Our team will make up to 2 attempts to reach you for confirmation. If we are unable to connect with you or verify the order after these attempts, your COD order will be automatically cancelled.

Please ensure that your WhatsApp number and contact details are correct and that you are available to confirm your order when contacted.

By placing a COD order, you acknowledge and agree to this verification process.
