We want you to love your Snuggle Spot purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Whether it’s the wrong size or simply a change of heart, we’ve got you covered with our easy return and exchange process!
Before You Place Your Order:

Size Chart: To help avoid any fit issues, please consult our helpful size chart before ordering. We want you to have the perfect fit, so take a quick look to make sure your custom threads will be just right!

Our Tees: Made from 100% bio-washed cotton, our t-shirts are all about comfort and durability. You’ll love them, we promise!

Custom Print-on-Demand: Our print-on-demand system ensures you get exactly what you ordered. So, before you check out, double-check the size chart to minimize the chance of exchanges.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be 100% happy with your order, and if for any reason you’re not, here’s what you can do:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just send us an email at support@snugglespot.co.in with your order number and a picture or video of the damage, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Wrong Size or Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that’s the wrong size (whether it was a mix-up on our end or yours!), we’ll exchange it for the correct size or item, free of charge, as long as you notify us within 3 days of delivery. If you selected the wrong size and want to exchange it, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns for Non-Defective Items: If you simply change your mind or the item isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please reach out to us at support@snugglespot.co.in to initiate the return process.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item at no extra cost, as long as the item is available in your desired size or design.

No Cancellations After Production: Since our products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started.

Return Shipping Costs: If you’re returning an item due to sizing issues (not caused by us), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover the shipping for the return.

Timeframe: Please initiate any returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure smooth processing.
